What we Spend money on

Our group is small and we make every dollar count!

SPAY/NEUTER - Even with the spay/neuter certificates, honored by most vets, it costs us $35 - $45 per kitten/cat to have one of our babies fixed.

RESCUE - Let's face it rescuing feral kittens and finding them homes is a very expensive business.  For the typical kitten/cat we spend about $70 - $80 for a FIV/Leukemia test, the first round of well kitten shots, a rabies shot (most cases), and a physical examination.

MANAGING CAT COLONIES - We provide food and water to over 100 cats every day.  A large bag of cat food costs us about $18 - $20 and canned cat food costs us about $18 for a large box.   We go through two bags of food and a box of canned food every week!

TRANSPORTATION - Not something you would normally think about but we burn a lot of fuel driving to support our various operations.  We each spend about as much in transportation costs as we do to feed our babies.

All of these expenses come out of our meager budget. Please help us take care of these forgotten and abandoned animals.
